That's a great point. If you want to always feel more relaxed, then learning how to relax and work is key. For those that just aren't able to let go of the stress yet, then giving yourself time to be a "little lazy" is a good first step.

Being habitually relaxed does not mean to be lazy. Anyone can cultivate a habit of being relaxed. To quote William James, "If talking high and tired; and living excitedly and hurriedly would enable us to accomplish more, it would be excusable even if it did break us in the end." But it is an interference. Once one insist on getting tired by living high-tension life, that person is inefficient and thus, unproductive (by Daniel W. Josselyn, Why Be Tired). The moral? Learn how to relax while working instead.
